Guild Data

Zenox collects and stores usage data to improve the quality of service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Guild ID, Name, Member Count
• Guild Settings (language, preferences)
• Channel and Role IDs

Metrics

Zenox collects and stores metrics data to improve the quality of service. This data is mostly anonymous and includes, but is not limited to:

• Guild Count and their Member Counts aggregated
• Error Logs (powered by Sentry, might contain guild IDs and data that can be used to infer how you interacted with Zenox, only used for debugging)

Data Deletion

Guild Data is stored as long as it is necessary for the operation of Zenox. Guild Data is automatically deleted when you remove Zenox from your server after 2 days.

Information We Share

Zenox does not share any data with third parties. We do not sell your data to advertisers or other companies.
